We have 22 rooms available for our guests. Accommodation capacities of the hotel are luxuriously comfortable, with three types of rooms – Standard, Exclusive and Premium. All the rooms are double rooms with a TV set, Wi-Fi Internet access and telephone. The interior of the rooms and suites meets the highest standards, with an emphasis on functionality and comfort. You can enjoy the wonderful view over the pine forest, having your morning coffee and breathing in the Borje mountain with the full capacity of your lungs, thus allowing all your sense to be satisfied. The basic services we offer are overnight stay at B&B/bed and breakfast, HB/half board and FB/full board. We provide a parking place to all our guests, video security system 24h/day and physical security. Information desk is available for all information from 07.00 to 22.00 h. The youngest can enjoy children’s playground in front of the hotel. The price includes the usage of Wellness & Spa centre, except for massages and physical therapy, which are additionally charged.

The football pitch and courts for basketball, handball and tennis are available.

• The price does not include the residence fee of BAM 2 daily per person
• Children to 6 years old, if they share their bed with an adult – FREE of CHARGE
• A child 6 to 12 years old pays 50% of the price.
• Children over 12 years of age pay the full price.
• The price is increased by 20% for one person staying in a double room or a suite.
• It is necessary to present the health booklet of the child.
• Rental of a cradle for babies is free of charge.
• The agency fee is agreed, depending on the sale of offer packages.
• Guests are obliged to make an advance payment for a guaranteed booking, in line with the agreement with the reception service.
• Group discounts as well as 5 nights or longer stays can be agreed on with the receptionists.
• Cancellation of booking: according to our Hotel Policy, a reservation can be cancelled not later than 24 h prior to arrival.
